The Partnership family began with HIV case management services, through a currently active contract with Georgia Medicaid. It is the strong belief of the Partnership that case management services are essential to those living with HIV.  Research has shown that HIV positive individuals receiving targeted case management services are more likely to achieve viral suppression. Through our founder’s passion for HIV prevention and our experience providing person centered case management services TPOGA’s sister organization, The Health Partnership of Georgia, Inc. was birth and additional supportive services were added to the Partnership family which include: support group, advocacy, HIV education, HIV prevention, and community outreach.
